About Ruizhi Factory
Ruizhi (brand ELEWISE) is a professional meter manufacturer in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, integrating R&D, production, sales and service. We focus on all-electronic and mechanical energy meters, water meters and distribution boxes for overseas markets — all produced in our own factory.
Every meter is calibrated on advanced microcomputer-controlled test benches with photoelectric pulse technology, and strictly tested before packing.
