About Us
Ruizhi Factory (brand ELEWISE) has been manufacturing energy meters for 28 years in Liushi, Yueqing, Wenzhou — China’s electrical capital. We are a professional manufacturer integrating R&D, production, sales and service, focusing on all-electronic and mechanical energy meters, water meters and distribution boxes for overseas markets.
We produce every meter in our own 6,350 m² workshop on more than 20 production lines. Calibration is carried out on advanced microcomputer-controlled test benches with photoelectric pulse technology, and every meter is strictly tested before it leaves the factory. We keep prices low because we are the factory — not a trading company. Small and trial orders are welcome.
Our Products & Markets
Our main products include single-phase and three-phase energy meters — STS prepaid, IC card, WiFi smart, DIN-rail and mechanical types — as well as water meters and voltage & current protectors, with CE and ISO certifications.
More than 95% of our products are exported to Southeast Asia, Central Asia, Africa, Europe and America, backed by CE and ISO certifications — keeping quality stable for wholesalers, distributors and project buyers.
